What does the “tipping point” mean?
The “tipping point” is a term that basically means a point where slow progress finally leads to a point when a large scale change occurs. For example, when an Iceberg breaks off from the glacier or icefield it will roatate in the water until 89.5% of it will be below sea level.
When you see an iceberg floating you have to remember that 90% of it is under water. When the water begins to melt the iceberg (which happens much faster below the water line) it becomes heavier on top, and then turns over. This is quite a sight to behold, a so called: “Tipping Point” .
5 things have to happen in the manufacturing of all-electric cars, to reach its Tipping Point.
1. An EV car, pick up or SUV large enough to hold 5 people also room for thier luggage
2. It will have a rang of 200 plus miles
3. It can be recharged in minutes not hours
4. have a speed of 80 MPH.
5. Costs less than $ 20,000.
Then the Tipping Point will happen-and fast.
